Yankees Release Chad Gaudin

According to multiple sources, the New York Yankees have released pitcher Chad Gaudin. Gaudin was placed on waivers this past Tuesday, but no team has yet to claimed his $2.95MM salary. The Yanks will only have to pay a quarter of his remaining contract after releasing him.
