Charges against Roger Clemens’ son have been dropped three months after being involved in a so-called disturbance in a restaurant.  Also involved in the incident was Mark Ori, a minor league teammate of Kolby Clemens. Attorneys for both Ori and Clemens threw in the towel when they announced both parties would be willing to participate
